ABOUT
I’m a writer and online marketing professional who is passionate about being a responsible member of the media. I believe in promoting critical thinking to find the truth. I create engaging online content to help brands communicate, tell their stories and get attention.
My content has earned millions of online impressions. As Director of Marketing and Media Bias Ratings at AllSides, I oversaw a 1,684.18% increase in total social media impressions for AllSides in just three years (including growing our Instagram followers 27,827.5% in one year — from 754 to over 210,000 followers), and a 1,655.75% increase in website traffic. I created the AllSides Media Bias Chart™, which has been viewed and shared tens of millions of times and published in numerous academic textbooks. All 17 of the most-trafficked blog posts on AllSides.com from 2018 to 2021 were written by me. I frequently conduct media bias research to bolster our media bias ratings, and wrote the highly trafficked guide, 16 Types of Media Bias. I also helped to develop and execute AllSides Media Bias Audits™ to help media outlets learn whether political bias is present or not present in their work.
AllSides displays the news from the left, center, and right, side-by-side to make political bias transparent and help readers get the full picture.
I’m also a frequent writer and editor. I write regularly for AllSides and Evie Magazine on topics such as politics, culture and relationships. My work has also appeared in The Epoch Times, USA Today, The Federalist, and other publications.
Whether I’m writing, creating social media graphics, developing marketing campaigns, or acting as brand spokesperson, I always take careful consideration of a brand’s strategic market position and convey its message in a way that is engaging and compels thought leadership.
When I’m not immersed in media, I am also a fire dancer and performance artist.
